Leigh Meadows Hero Bakers 'Western Party'
The Leigh Meadows cowboys and cowgirls gathered around the chuck-wagon to celebrate March birthdays on Friday, March 26th. All the buckaroos delighted in the decorated cake by Audra Ruth; the chocolate and white flavored cake fit the party theme perfectly and was delicious as well! The cupcakes supplied by Jennifer Freeman, Linda Amis, and Sherry Googe were each decorated with cowboy boot picks. Drinks donated by Kelly Cornelius were served to each of the birthday buckaroos in a cowboy boot mug. A special “Yee Haw” to Linda Amis for working the party and taking photographs!
The children took turns guessing the number of gummy worms in a jar. The guesses ranged from 15 to 6,000. There were 75 worms in the jar and the winning guess was 74. The winner was…Ms. McCrinage! She and Ms. Seymour celebrated March birthdays, too. Oh, and Ms. McCrinage shared the gummy worms!
Thanks to Team March and to all of their party fixin’s, everyone had a bronco bustin’ good time!
