At Community Connections of Jacksonville, we help people in need become independent, contributing members of our community. By connecting women, children and families with the services and resources necessary to help overcome challenges and unfortunate circumstances, we restore opportunity and most importantly, hope, to those who need it most.

• Help for the Homeless-safe housing alternatives for women, children and families;
• Children's Services-child care, after school programs and summer camp programs;
• Parenting Programs-training and support to help parents become good parents to their children;
• Community Partnerships-programs to strengthen adults and children in residential settings;
• Special Literacy Programs-help to break the cycle of family illiteracy by improving parents' educational and parenting skills
